Somatic Movement for Illness, Injury or Pain

Perhaps your concerns are primarily physical — You may be recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, or have a chronic physical ailment.

Somatic Movement sessions enhance physical ease and deep healing through heightened sensory awareness, mindful movement, and supportive touch.  They awaken your own self-healing abilities during and beyond our time together.

Sessions may include hands-on support, gentle movement, breath, sound and visualization.  You’ll learn to access a felt sense of your body through experiential anatomy and creative internal mapping, discovering new and healing ways to move through your day-to-day and your experience of pain or illness.
