- Do you want to sustain your creative energy & wellbeing throughout winter?
- Do you feel stiff, sad, or frustrated during the shorter, colder days?
- Do you want guidance and support to help you thrive rather than survive?
Whether you love winter, can’t stand it, or are somewhere in-between, this workshop will present you with a practical body-based approach to help you understand how to support your body, energy, and emotions in the darkest, coldest, and quietest season of the year.
You will be guided through somatic movement exercises that will help you explore how you’re feeling and what your body is sensing. You will also be taught to locate and press particular acupuncture points that will help you find rest and replenishment in your body, mind, and spirit.
